I am a multi-winning Vocal Media creator and a writer and editor on Medium, where I manage my own publication, The Quiet Collective. Poetry is my art, and my inspiration comes from lived and learned experiences, nature, psychology, and spirituality.

Writing to uplift humanity is my catchphrase, as I explore world-related matters with an empathetic heart. I  began MarilynGloverWrites to expand my reach as a lightworker and to claim my place in the world as a creative healer.

The Road to 2026


I am currently mapping the unconscious through verse. My debut full-length poetry collection, rooted in Jungian archetypes and the journey of individuation, is slated for release later this year.
To offer a glimpse into this inner landscape, I am preparing a 25-page chapbook for release in the spring of 2026. This smaller collection serves as a focused exploration of the human psyche—a precursor to the larger work to come.

How a Work Related Accident Enhanced My Literary Ambitions

I had many rooms to inspect, which wasn't extraordinary, just part of my job. While rushing up a flight of stairs, my foot landed wrong, resulting in instant knee pain, and within days, I  realized I'd be out of work for a while. I was forced to resign my position due to a medial meniscus tear. Months went by waiting for surgery, navigating unemployment, workers' comp, and much discomfort, but during it all, my literary ambitions returned. That certain twinkle returned to my writer's eye, and I realized that the dream was still alive. Yes, the dream despite being in my early fifties!   It was just as alive as it was before, when my splenectomy took me out of the workforce during Covid.
