I am thrilled to officially announce the launch of my debut multimedia venture, Shadow’s Reprieve: A Jungian Poetry Podcast! 🎙️
As an indie author, my creative writing is heavily rooted in analytical psychology and Carl Jung’s process of individuation—the ongoing journey of integrating the hidden, subconscious elements of our psyche to reach true wholeness.
My debut chapbook, Shadow’s Reprieve, is divided into three thematic movements that mirror this trek: The Persona, The Shadow, and The Self.
In my debut episode, I share a personal reflection on the masks we wear to navigate society by reading my poem, "Alibied by Ink." This piece offers an intimate exploration of how writing serves as an innocent sanctuary when spoken communication feels heavy or restricted by fear.

You can stream the debut audio track directly right now on my new Shadow's Reprieve Substack Publication. Be sure to subscribe for free so you never miss my weekly updates!
📚 Price Adjustment
To celebrate my launch and make the journey accessible to new readers, the digital ebook version of the chapbook is now officially available for $3.99. Originally, I priced my book at $5.99, but after heavy-duty reflection, I realized this price was likely too high for an Indie author just starting out on her publishing journey.
Secure your copy across Amazon, Apple Books, and all major storefronts using the universal Books2Read Bookstore Hub.
Next week, we will continue moving forward with poem number two from The Persona series. Thank you for stepping into the deeper layers of the inner world with me!
-With love, Marilyn Glover
